We plan according to 18 months rolling forecasts in coordination with the sales budget of our principals. Each RF is updated monthly and per product.

We follow our orders closely and double check with our principals’ logistics dept on monthly basis.

We have an importation dept that checks all invoices and documents prior to presenting them to our JFDA and coordinates closely with both Logistics and DRA.

We clear goods from all Ports in Jordan and work with 3 clearance agencies for load distribution and fees competitiveness.

We are ISO and GDP certified. We stock on special racks and plastic pallets. Our warehouses, cold rooms, refrigerated trucks and ice boxes are validated and our sensors calibrated every year.

We deliver in 24 hours in refrigerated trucks with data loggers and keep the temperature records on file for 10 years.
